Abstract

The present article aims to present the performance evaluation of sustainable buildings of the Sicredi Administrative Center. This venture is a green building or a sustainable building in its translation. It is a building that has obtained LEED Certification, an important international seal attesting to sustainable performance and entrepreneurship through prerequisites and credits. Through the analysis of the credits acquired and the means to obtain them, the Sicredi Administrative Center reached one of the highest scores in Brazil in the category of existing buildings with a total of 88 points, obtaining the Platinum seal and becoming a reference in sustainability for buildings in operation with LEED certification.
