Abstract

The Pathology of Constructions has as its objective the study of origins, forms of manifestations, consequences and mechanisms of occurrences of faults as well as systems of degradation (SOUZA and RIPPER, 1998). And the quality of the execution of the work is closely linked (CÁNOVAS, 1988). This work aims to present a survey on the forms of manifestations, mechanisms of deterioration and typification of pathologies in non - armed structural masonry of a horizontal condominium with 5 years of use since its inauguration, helping all those who are interested in the repair and maintenance of anomalies. The correct evaluation of the manifestations is fundamental for the recovery and maintenance measures.
