Abstract

The present work intends to analyze the border remote control operations carried out by European countries and how such controls act in order to intercept ongoing migrations as well as to prevent the action of the refuge through the fabrication of sovereignty and jurisdiction beyond national territories. This article aims to raise a question about the procedures used to control migrations and the Modern State legitimacy when imposing restrictive border managing operations.
