This article aims to analyze the practices of funding for cultural organizations and Creative Economy of Brazil, explaining the Rouanet law and the new project with the name ProCultura. The Rouanet law advanced in several aspects, but some points need improvement. Thus, it is currently being discussed a new law, called ProCultura. The results show the differences between the Rouanet law and new proposals for financing cultural organizations.Downloads
