There is a strong restriction on access to primary sources in the field of cultural management, since there is a policy of using these sources is for administrative practice, whether for academic research. This is because, in common sense, an idea that bureaucracy and culture antagonize, producing constraints on their relationship. To overcome this difficulty, being skilled and Memory Research Center of Casa de Cultura Mario Quintana, who wants to organize and provide access to administrative documents and cultural projects undertaken by the Secretaria da Cultura do Rio Grande do Sul and the own Casa de Cultura, enabling it provide access to these documents and thus effect the intellectual public policy culture developed by these institutions over the years.Downloads
