In recent years, the number of foreigners in Uruguay has increased. Some of them do not respond to the traditional profile of the immigrant, but to the expatriate from the developed world, who behaves like a postmodern nomad. Within this complex universe of foreigners, Anglophones demonstrate a remarkable dynamism, reflected in a broad range of records. In this context, digital narratives constitute primary sources for the study of expatriation from the experiential perspective of its protagonists.Downloads
