Immigration in Times of Economic Crisis: the new perception about Brazilians abroad

The beginning of the XXI century is been characterized by a strong change in the international panorama. In this context, the European countries and their citizens start to pay attention to the Brazilians economic growth, looking to him another time as the portrait of the opportunities land. The main idea of this article is to think about how this situation is influencing the perception about Brazilians abroad and about their representation about the country. New images about Brazil are rising, even if old stereotypes continues exist, but the idea that Brazilian communities are better prepared to work with the differences and with integration dynamics is strong.
