Abstract

This article proposes to analyze, from the perspective of the Organizational Memory, the results obtained in the research on the Management Report of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), in the period 2008-2016, especially regarding the presence of learning evidences collective and knowledge sharing in the process of preparing the Report within the University, linking the themes. In order to answer the question, after a bibliographic and documentary study, characterized as a case study and as a participant research, data collection was done, based on a script of interviews that allowed clarifying the initial question as well as meeting the proposed objectives
