The Islamic Room, Faro Museum, Portugal: analysis of the management project

This text presents a study on the project management of the objects that form the exhibition The Islamic Room, which is exposed in the Municipal Museum of Faro in Faro, Portugal. For this analysis, was made of the existing works in the exhibition complex, dividing it into types according to functionality, and also organized a sort of book that aims to facilitate the analysis of the parts. This analysis was concerned to understand what were the speeches made in the collection, in addition to previous studies, as well as forms of disclosure. As a supplement, it made a quick study on the history of the Islamic presence in the region, so it could be better understood the reason for the existence of a room in the Islamic Museum.
