UMA ANÁLISE SUSTENTÁVEL DA ENERGIA ELÉTRICA NOS DOMICÍLIOS PARAENSES.

Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo é o de construir e analisar um modelo de indicador de sustentabilidade de energia elétrica para o setor residencial paraense capaz de orientar os investimentos do setor elétrico no Estado. A concepção da construção e a análise de indicadores de sustentabilidade energética partem da necessidade de formular novos instrumentos que subsidiem a gestão das políticas públicas para o desenvolvimento sustentável. O setor residencial é composto pelos consumidores domiciliares conectados a rede de distribuição de eletricidade e compreende ambiente fundamental para que se examine a realidade da satisfação das necessidades energéticas básicas. O procedimento metodológico desta proposta de pesquisa está pautado na estrutura difundida pela Commission Sustainable Development - CSD/ONU na medida em que trabalha com uma sequência de temas e subtemas do desenvolvimento que envolve aspectos econômicos, sociais, ambientais e políticos. Os resultados demonstram que o ambiente econômico é o que melhor reflete o insumo elétrico nos domicílios paraenses, enquanto o ambiente político, que caracteriza a satisfação dos consumidores é onde os resultados são menos expressivos.

ABSTRACT

Indicators of energy sustainability: an analysis in the residential sector in the state of Pará. The purpose of this paper is to build and to analyze a model of sustainability indicator of electricity for the residential sector in Pará able to guide the investments of the electricity sector in the state. The conception of the construction and analysis of indicators of energy sustainability starts from the need to formulate new tools that support the management of public policies for the sustainable development. O residential sector is made by household consumers connected to the electricity distribution network and consists the fundamental environment in order to examine the reality of satisfaction of the basic energy needs. The methodological procedure of this proposed of research is guided by the structure diffused by the Commission Sustainable Development – CSD/ONU as it works with a sequence of themes and subthemes of development that involve economic, social, environmental and political aspects. The results show that the economic environment is the one that best reflects the electrical input in the households of Pará, while the political environment, that characterizes the satisfaction of the consumers is where the results are less impressive.
