This study aimed to contribute to new records of exotic species Corbicula fluminea in Rio Manhuaçú, Minas Gerais. For sampling were investigated different environments along the river, in the rainy and dry 2014. We found 147 individuals. The length ranged from 0.1 cm and 1.6 cm and the total weight obtained amplitude 0.0017 g and 0.9943 g. The relationship between the size of the shell and weight indicated that the exponential fit obtained an exponential curve with r² = 0.8599.
