Abstract

With the year after year growth in Brazil’s e-commerce, the competition among the companies increases. This creates the need to apply management techniques that provides competitive advantages for the organization. Logistics have a significant importance, since the relationship and validation of suppliers can bring benefits for the market’s placement. To help the decision maker’s choices, the Petrus hybrid model is proposed. Which is based on performance indicators and provides a supplier’s classification where it is believed to be possible to develop a validation system and subsequent assertive decision making based on the criteria which was defined in the process.
