Reflections on the fields of art and science are presented in this paper, noting possible intersections since the birth of modern science until today, thinking the art beyond as a possible illustration in science, but in the construction of artistic language. The development of perspective in the Renaissance, the optical relationship between light and colour in Impressionism exceedingly, have influenced artistic creation; like art contributed to enlarge the sensitive field, immeasurable, intuition as necessary to scientific discovery processes. We intend to focus on the relationship between art and science, showing works that relate especially light and glass.Downloads
