Abstract

Due to the relevance of the theme “Careers” for the management of people in organizations, structured to present the dossier for DESENVOLVE: Revista de Gestão do Unilasalle aim a reflection on the research and practice that impact on careers. This dossier is structured in four articles: the first one is about the analysis of the Brazilian ac­ademic production in Administration on issues of performance and career; the second presents the challenges for careers; the third examines contemporary management processes of expatriation and the fourth deals with students’ career anchors of Administration. We expected they will mobilize studies about careers and practices.
