Abstract

The perspective of Relational Vision studies actions resulting from interactions among agents inserted into inter-organizational relationships. These agents can obtain competitive advantages through collective actions of sharing of specific assets and of generation and exchange of knowledge. Such performances are mediated and coordinated by governance, understood as both the form and the collective organizational structure as of formal and informal regulatory mechanisms adopted by the agents. The article presents an analysis of the interrelation of economic agents inserted into the productive sector of flowers in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. The study is exploratory and adopts a qualitative perspective; the method used was the case study in a flower producer sector. The data collection consisted of 23 interviews involving agents (producers, wholesalers and retailers), who were transcribed and analyzed by means of Content Analysis with the help of the NVivo 9 software. Among the results, it was observed that the mobilization for collective action with frequent interaction among the economic agents that operate mostly in the search for results with a vision of collective insertion. On the other hand, there are still uncertainties about the governance structure and the leadership of the collective.
