Abstract

In Outstanding: Outliers, Gladwell explains that success is often misunderstood; therefore, different from success by individual merit. The work is divided into two parts: in the first, which has four chapters, the author discusses the opportunities that create the “out of the series” and, in the second, with four chapters and an epilogue, highlights how much the cultural legacy defines the story of people who, even being geniuses, may or may not achieve success.
