Success is part of Kochs. The business started in the mid 1980s relying on the unconditional support of his parents which in 1994 expanded their business and invested in what would be the first supermarket in the city of Tijucas / SC. The growth of the organization is in its essence, along with the descent there is a difficulty in hiring people. There is a lack of skilled manpower in the market, this agenda was discussed at the last meeting of the group and it is known that turnover and absenteeism are high in the industry, facing this situation, the company sought alternatives to minimize this problem. The purpose of the event is to describe the evolution of a successful company that presents difficulties in hiring people and stimulate reflection of learners by encouraging them to experience it through this case the dilemmas of an organization.
