Dynamic capabilities as competitive advantage: a study on a credit cooperative

The paper aims to identify how dynamic capabilities can become a competitive advantage in the Cooperative Credit Alpha. Descriptive and quantitative research was used, and the data were collected through a questionnaire given to the employees. The literature used is about knowledge coupled with the resources and capabilities of the organization as a competitive advantage (VC), dynamic capabilities and resource-based vision (RBV). The findings indicate that knowledge is a prerequisite for the attainment of strategic differentiation resource and absorptive capacity reflects the most relevant capacity in employees and managers view.
