The Public Administration has shown increasing concern by creating various sustainable programs. One such program is the Sustainable Logistics Management Plans (SLMP) as a way of setting goals and sustainable policies to their bodies. The Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) the SLMP was approved in September 2013 and is being implemented. In this context, this research aims to investigate the association between individual factors and the knowledge about the SLMP UFSM. For this purpose, quantitative survey was conducted with the servers UFSM requesting individual data and, subsequently, they inform their degree of knowledge about the SLMP. The results showed that the variables "category of server", "management position or direction" and "gender" are associated with the knowledge of SLMP, the variables "schooling" and "manager" showed no association. It was also found that, regardless of individual factors, servers UFSM have, in general, a low knowledge of SLMP.
