Sustainable leadership from a perspective of professors and students of human resources management course

This article aims to know the view of the professors and students of the Human Resource Management course of a University Education Institution on the topic of sustainable leadership. To fulfill this objective, the research is classified as an exploratory and descriptive survey, quantitative and qualitative. Data were collected through the application of a questionnaire for a sample of 10 professors and 56 students. It was analyzed through quantitative tabulation and qualitative content analysis. The main results show that the minority of the students and half of the professors know about sustainable leadership. However, they recognize the importance of issues related to sustainability in the organizational context and stand as favorable for the implementation of a sustainable leadership project in organizations.Downloads
