Constitutive elements of the satisfaction of undergraduate students of the courses of administration and accounting sciences at the Federal University of Pará

The objective of this study was to map the constituent elements of satisfaction with higher education among students of Business Administration and Accounting courses at the Federal University of Pará. A descriptive study of a quantitative nature was developed, using a structured questionnaire. 112 students were interviewed, enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting courses, who were concluding the course in the semester in which the research was carried out. The statistical technique of Factor Analysis was used to measure the correlation of latent factors with the level of student satisfaction. As a result, it was possible to identify that the improvement in the quality of the methods and quality of teaching, as well as in the infrastructure of the researched HEI, are correlated with the level of satisfaction of the students.References
