To this end, a descriptive multi-case study was carried out with a quantitative approach to the data with ten managers in the area of people management. The results reveal that one of the main contributions of generation Z to organizations is their ability with new technologies; however, the greatest difficulty is in its management, due to the immediacy and the need for rapid career growth. With regard to the strategies for managing this generation, the importance of monitoring and dialogue between the different generations is highlighted, as well as thinking about a differentiated career plan, as well as reflecting on other measures capable of attracting and keeping these workers the same. as long as possible in the company. Among the contributions of this study, it is highlighted that people management plays an essential role in the management of generation Z, aiming at their engagement in different work teams and in contact with other generations, not ignoring the heterogeneity inherent in multigenerational dynamics.References
