This study aimed to analyze the contributions of the concepts of institutional logic and multiple rationales to the analysis of individuals' cooperative behavior. Therefore, a systematic review of the literature was carried out. 24 articles published in Scopus, Science Direct and Web of Science databases were selected. The studies, in general, are based on discussions about the influence of logics or rationales on individuals' decision-making, on planning processes and on intra- and inter-organizational conflicts. The identification and characterization of divergent logics or rationales allows the negotiation and creation of hybrid logics, legitimized by the entire group. In addition, border agents are also identified as alternatives for resolving conflicts between different interest groups.References
