The present study aimed to analyze how leadership communication and job satisfaction take place. The non-probabilistic sample consisted of 125 workers who answered an online questionnaire made up of four blocks: sociodemographic and work questionnaire, satisfaction with interpersonal communication inventory, communicative competence questionnaire and job satisfaction scale. The results obtained through the analysis of multiple linear regression pointed to an explanatory model composed of three dimensions. The Satisfaction with hierarchical relationships dimension consisted of three variables, which together explained 48% of the variance. The dimension Satisfaction with the physical work environment consisted of two variables, which explained 17.1%. The Intrinsic Job Satisfaction dimension consisted of three variables, which together explained 42.5% of the variance. These results suggest actions for organizations and managers, in order to enable effective and assertive leadership communication guidelines.References
