Abstract

Outsourcing is a strategic part in small, medium and large enterprises worldwide, however; have you analyzed the strategy as a method of organizational development among the Contracting? Through this study conducted in the department of Boyacá (Colombia), which analyzed the use, knowledge and interest about the business strategy Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). It’s proposed a strategic alliance in order to encourage the creation of companies providing outsourcing services in MSMEs. From the comparison of the results found in the study of non-experimental and exploratory with different papers on the use of BPO in MSMEs, there is evidence that exist the ability to generate business organization development through small organizations that provides services in strategic areas, but high cost, for an entrepreneur or a smaller organization. The analysis establishes clearly those aspects necessary for successful BPO strategy in small organizations also shows how the micro and small businesses can be sustainable outsourcers providing services and generating innovation in their region.
