Users of Satisfaction with Treatment in a Psychosocial Care Center Alcohol and Other Drugs

Objective: this study aimed to understand user satisfaction the care received in a Psychosocial Care Center Alcohol and other Drugs (CAPSad).
Method: this is a qualitative study, which used the theoretical framework of phenomenological sociology. The study was conducted in a CAPSadIIIde Porto Alegre were interviewed and 15 users in March 2014.
Conclusion: through the phenomenological analysis showed that users feel satisfied with CAPSad in the environmental sphere, care and treatment provided. With the study we found that the links created between users and trabalhadoresno CAPS are able to promote the effectiveness of the treatment provided to suit the needs of users.
