The ambience and its influence in the family health teams work

Objective: Analyze the ambience as an indicator of pleasure or pain to the professional of family health teams and its influence on daily work.
Method: This is a qualitative study using the psychodynamics of work methodology that was used observation field and press conferences in three family health units in Porto Alegre. Data collection was carried out in October, November and December 2012 and participated in 68 subjects.
Result: The ambience refers to the physical environment and has its importance because it has set an indicator of suffering, interfering with the professional daily work of the Family Health teams.
Conclusion: The ambience permeates conflicts between staff, directly interfering in the work and the relationship between professionals.
