Objective: To test from the perspective of classical and modern psychometric theory the factorial organization of KTK for children between 8-10 years old.
Method: Were used 350 students from the city of Manaus-AM between 8-10 years old. The original KTK unifactorial structure was tested. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data.
Results: The factorial analysis confirmed the original unifactorial model.
Conclusions: Based on these results, good evidence of validity were produced, based on the internal structure of the KTK proposed by the original authors confirming its ability to investigate and classify the level of motor coordination of children, identifying possible disturbances or insufficiencies in the evaluated population.
