As representações sociais na pesquisa acadêmica sobre significados e ressignificações: princípios e exemplo

Resumo

Este artigo tem, como propósito, demonstrar e exemplificar o potencial das representações sociais na pesquisa de significados e ressignificações. Com esse propósito, apresentam-se aportes da teoria, sua origem, sua importância no movimento em favor de investigações que subsidiem a compreensão e o debate de problemas que tensionam a sociedade. Chega-se, então, ao exemplo da pesquisa de representações do meio ambiente, no interesse de que se observem os seus subsídios.

Abstract

This article has the proposal to demonstrate and exemplify the potential of the social representations in the research of meanings and re-meanings. With this proposal, we present the supporting of the theory, its origin, its importance in the movement in favor of the investigations that helps the comprehension and the debate of problems that tension the society. We, thus, arrive to the examples of the research of representations of the environment, in the interest that it can be observed its subsidies.
