The article discusses the contribution of elements of learning and organizational memory for cultural management. There is currently a special attention to this segment, given the economic size of the cultural market, as well as growing concerns with respect to culture in the country. In this sense, the study of new phenomena expands the understanding of organizational management focused on innovation, flexibility and inclusion of new artistic and managerial skills.Downloads
