The history professional training in the contemporaneity

This text aims to discuss the identity of the historian, the places of performance of the trainer and the relationship among these places of performance and the drawings of the higher education courses of history in Brazil. To this end, we seek in the specialized bibliography guidelines about what forms the professional of history, we analyzed twenty-two curricula of undergraduate courses in History as regards the profile outlined for this professional from the compositions of the disciplines and we discussed the various fields of activity of the professional of History systematizing an old discussion, but little detailed on which the activities to be developed by these professionals in files, museums, memorials and, more recently, in advising the media of all kinds.Downloads
