Abstract

This article attempted to identify the perceptions of employees from the operational area in relation to the training program and development of a bank expert in finance from the perspective of strategic human resources management. Through a case study with quantitative analysis were identified attributes relevant to the adequate management and preparation of the staff in special operations (analysts). By four thematic blocks the analysis initiatives have been proposed and illustrated the diagnosis of the organization, the final step being carried out by the technique of the content analysis.
