Guidance in entrepreneurial companies from Serra Gaúcha: the vision of administration and financial science students

The competition between companies has demanded entrepreneurial strategies, which are fundamental to get competitive differentiation. In this context, this paper aims to explore the entrepreneurial orientation within three dimensions: innovativeness, pro-activeness and risk acceptance. The methodology treated was an exploratory and quantitative research conducted with administration and financial science students. The main results were: (i) high degrees of entrepreneurial orientation; (ii) it was possible to identify only positive correlations, however the highly intensity correlations can just be considering as moderate strength association.
