Working-through of defensive mechanisms in relation to work in entrepreneurship of Solidary Economy

This article intends to contribute to a theoretical basis based on the experience in Incubators of Solidarity Economy Enterprises, on the maintenance, within the incubation process of defensive mechanisms against work adapted to the previous experiences of the workers in enterprises of heterogeneous capitalist logic. They are theoretically analyzed as the maintenance of these defensive mechanisms can occur from the notion of repetition compulsion and Working-through, thought from psychoanalysis, critical theory and work psychodynamics, and actions aimed at overcoming these defensive mechanisms inadequate for the current context of the solidarity economy worker.Downloads
