This study aimed to analyze the international scientifi c production about Public Service Motivation (PSM) in the period between 2007 and 2018. @ rough a systematic literature review, 219 articles indexed to the Web of Science database were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. @ e annual evolution of publications related to MSP has shown that the theme has been rising in recent years, especially in public administration journals. Although there was a diversifi cation in the authorship of the articles, there was a prevalence of North American origin. The researches were focused on quantitative methodological strategies, with the predominance of the survey research and the use of questionnaires. It was also observed that the model of MSP measurement proposed by Perry (1996) is the most used, however, in an adaptive way in most cases. Still, in the studies explored, the association of the construct with various themes was identified, with emphasis on job satisfaction.
