Just cause for prosecution and their criminological possibilities - criminology (s) in criminal proceedings (preliminary hypothesis)

Abstract

This article seeks to work out in partial/preliminary hypothesis a study on the possibility of fitting a criminological bias for the concept of the just cause for the criminal action, in order to study the connections and possible intersections between criminological-critical concepts and the Brazilian criminal procedural system.
