Resumo

No presente artigo, pretendo analisar como o sistema legal Espanhol está lidando com os crimes cometidos durante a Guerra Civil e Regime Franco, bem como responder à questão de como a lei pós-nacional de direitos humanos manifesta-se nesse caso. A Espanha, neste caso, entrará em um acordo com a justiça internacional? Eu afirmo que há uma colisão devido ao pluralismo jurídico e do fracasso no “processo de vernacularização” dos direitos humanos. Além disso, afirmo que há uma necessidade de aprender com as experiências do passado e de outros países.
