Abstract

This article analyzes the evolution of fundamental rights, emphasizing social rights and the working environment. Thus, the additional pay for dangerous and unhealthy conditions is studied in the context of social rights and labor environmental protection, highlighting the possibility of its accumulation. Despite the apparently restrictive legal provisions as well as the jurisprudential controversy on the subject, it is concluded that both are due to the employee working subjected to dangerous and unhealthy conditions resulting from autonomous and specific triggering events.
