This study questions, from a feminist perspective, processes of resistance to violence against women from social struggles in cyberspace. Thus, it is a general objective to identify the perspectives about the processes of resistance to violence against women in cyber-space. The methodology used in this research was based on the dialectical method, based on a qualitative approach. The type of research used was the bibliographical one and the technique of data collection was based on an ethnographic approach in a virtual environment, which allowed the appreciation of the data through content analysis, taking images-posts / excerpts collected in virtual communities besieged on Facebook as locus. The results show that women have chosen virtual environments as tools for advocacy and debates around feminist issues. Moreover, this space has been re-resigned to the hegemonic notion of citizenship, especially from the discourse and protagonism of feminist movements in the fight for women’s rights. In short, the analysis of elected practices allows us to point out that the obstacles experienced by women on a daily basis in the exercise of their rights have been re-dimensioned from cyberspace. Resistance to violet and oppressive practices on the Internet has been seen to have contributed to female empowerment and the spread of resistance to sexist attitudes.
