A presente resenha crítica faz uma análise da relação entre os Poderes Legislativo, Executivo e Judiciário no atual cenário brasileiro, associando o livro com outros autores que debatem a temática. É possível observar uma interferência e desequilíbrio no exercício de suas funções, dando destaque ao protagonismo judicial, que por vezes pode se considerar sua atuação além do limite democrático, consequência do momento de crise política que perdura no presente momento.Downloads
