Food Gymkhana as an Incentive to Nutrition Education in Schoolchildren: Experience Report.

The present study aims to present reports of experiences in food education where interventions were performed to help adolescents in the identification of healthier food choices. From the interventions, it was possible to affirm that Food and Nutrition Education is an effective and positive way of promoting health, since all the activities performed had the expected result, concluding that the intervention reached its initial goal.
