Abstract

The importance of promoting studies on Social Sustainability, both in organizations and in society, concerns the search for equality, access to social rights, basic infrastructure, social protection and quality of life for all citizens. On the other hand, another issue of great relevance in relation to the social aspect concerns Social Diversity, since it defends characteristics, individual and personal choices, which distinguish individuals from others by reason of gender, culture, descent, religion, disability, social class, among other aspects. Therefore, knowing the relevance of both subjects, a bibliometric research was carried out next to Capes Portal Portal, aiming to answer the following research question: Over the last 10 years, in the academic world, what comes next being discussed on topics such as Sustainability and Social Diversity?
