The present work aims at clarifying the processes by which body, gender and sexual orientation are naturalized through judicial discourses. The gathering of the judgments took place on the Minas Gerais State Court’s online repository of court’s judgements. The research engine was set up to cover from the year 1989 to 2010, using keywords to retrieve the judgements. The analysis sought to examine what are the “portraits padronizadores” built on transsexuality in TJMG and which discourses are legitimate to talk about transsexuality justice.Downloads
