This article aims to discuss some information that Garibaldi Winery, located in the Serra Gaucha/Brazil should measure to implement techniques of operational research as well as the benefits that could come. Theoretical assumptions underpinning the study are related with operational research. Methodologically it was developed a case study. Data were collected from direct observations in the company, interviews and document analysis. The case analysis allowed to observe information needed to devise mathematical models that can assist the cooperative decision making.Downloads
