Formação inicial e continuada de professores de primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental

Discute-se a formação inicial e continuada de professores para atuarem no primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental de nove anos e a articulação da formação e pesquisa acadêmicas com a prática docente. Participaram 93 professoras de primeiro ano e/ou primeira série de uma rede municipal de ensino. Destacou-se a necessidade de pensar o porquê do elevado índice de questões não respondidas, supondo-se uma possível relação entre tais dificuldades e aspectos de formação docente.

Abstract
Discusses the initial and continued formation of teachers to teach the first year of the new nine-year Primary Education Programs and the articulation of formation and academic research with the teaching practice. Participated was 93 primary school teachers in a municipal schools. It is necessary to think about the high rate of questions left unanswered, and also that there might be some relation between such difficulties and aspects in their formation.
