Appropriation, trade union corporatism and class struggles in Vitória da Conquista

The purpose of this article is to analyze the trade union struggles occurred in 2010, in Vitoria da Conquista, performing various manifestations of different social segments workers. These struggles, included as a result of intensified contradiction capital/labor and of capital's structural crisis, to try to break the working class, which, by nature corporatist and limited their claims, finds himself unable to cope with the capital invested. In this sense, we analyze, in Marxism parameters, the goals barriers revealed in organization, mobilization, in practical performance and range of manifestations, reflecting on the role of unions in the ideological legitimation process of bourgeois institutions.Downloads
