The influence ofpatriarchy, personalism and the “jeitinho” in the management of the economic solidarity entreprises

This work aims to analyze the impacts of "personalism", "patriarchy" and "jeitinho" in the management problems of the enterprises of solidarity economy. Therefore, we consulted books, national and international journals and some of the leading Brazilian management magazines to identify the problems and concepts herein. The analysis was based on the relationship between the constructs studied and the problems perceived in solidarity economic enterprises and it impact of these organizations. At the end we see a strong influence, especially of patriarchy, in these enterprises and we see too that the impacts of these characteristics may be hindering the projects achieve their goals.Downloads
