Abstract

This article aims to understand how the youths of this century build their professionalism and how they will give meaning to their existence in a world in which work plays a central role in the formation of subjectivities. The construction of professionalism that is presented in this study concerns the formal work done in business corporations and is associated with the professional careers of youths who have access to higher education. The text is as reference literature review and results of interviews with some young workers and managers who lead young and were part of a dissertation as the same title.

Sinara Leote Silva, Unilasalle - Mestrado em educação

Administradora de empresas – Ulbra – 1995,  MBA em gestão empresarial – FGV – 2002,

Mestre  em Educação – 2013 – Unilasalle. Atuei em empresas nos segmentos de indústria, transporte e prestadoras de serviços; Coordenei áreas administrativas (RH, departamento pessoal, manutenção predial e adm. em geral); Cargos de comando desde 1996;

Docente na graduação EAD (presencial) desde 2013 e em cursos técnicos no Senac.

Docente na faculdade são judas tadeu nos cursos de Tecnologo em gestão de RH e orientação de TCC do curso de administração.

Docente na Uniasselvi nos cursos de processos gerenciais, tecnologo em Rh e administração.
