Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the collective action of women activists from popular strata located in the periphery of Porto Alegre: Popular Legal Promoters (PLPs) from the analytical perspective of Alberto Melucci (1989, 2001). For the analysis, interviews were carried out with activists working on SIM - Tudo Fácil in the year 2015. In order to analyze the action of PLPs, the three basic analytical dimensions proposed by the author were used: solidarity, conflict and breaking the limits of the system. Thus, the analysis brought a new light to think the action of these women inserted in a perspective of the complex societies.
