The present paper is a bibliographic review that aims to focus on a very important issue in our society, discussed in the present day, the process of corporate inclusion of person with disabilities in the labor market, because the process of inclusion of people with disabilities in society, in education and in the labor market has been undergoing trials where a lot of them have to show the degree of ability and qualification to be included in the social environment, which often does not occur due to lack of knowledge of the qualification of some disabled people. Today companies need to hire them by the obligatory quota law that they need to fulfill, but many companies encounter difficulties in hiring for several factors present. We analyze the theme from some considerations that companies should not only hire the handicapped but they must do so as a matter of social responsibility. Therefore, our work also rose, with the company, elements of any difficulties encountered during the hiring process and what happens in this process after this hiring. We verified how the company conducts the inclusion and the monitoring of the poor performance in its workplace. We reaffirm, then, that the work of the psycho-pedagogue helps the company in getting improvements in interpersonal relationships, labor relations and productivity of this deficient.Downloads
